Q. Where is mrf's furniture manufactured?
A. All our components are sourced, manufactured & assembled in and around the West Midlands, UK. This local sourcing gives us the flexibility to offer a reliable and cost effective bespoke design & supply service working to the strengths of our individual manufacturers.

Q. What lead time should I expect on orders?
A. We usually allow between 4 and 6 weeks from order to delivery, depending on quantity and complexity.

Q. Can I specify fabric, timber or metal finishes?
A. As all our furniture is made to order we can certainly utilise specific fabrics & finishes. Veneers can be matched to your material pallette (subject to minimum quantity) and many of our clients choose to free-issue fabric direct to our upholstery works for larger orders.

Q. Can I get a discount for trade?
A. All our prices are trade prices. Our furniture is supplied directly by ourselves and is not available through retailers. We are nevertheless happy to deal with non-trade individuals and companies, while offering the same keen prices.

Q. Do you have a printed pricelist?
A. Not at the moment; the nature of the work we undertake requires each project to be priced individually to ensure current material prices and labour costs are considered. This means we don't need to publish an inflated 'safety-net' price like many other suppliers.

Q. How quickly can you quote on my project?
A. We will usually try and answer your enquiry within 48 hours, and often quicker if at all possible.
